I have purchased something from a store but I have not received my item, can you help?

Occasionally there can be a slight delay in the delivery of purchases on a server, we recommend waiting at least 30 minutes before contacting our support team.

We also recommend checking that you are logged in to the correct account on the game server.

Can you help me get a refund?

Unfortunately, Tebex does not issue refunds for such transactions. This is because of the unique characteristics of digital transactions, where goods and services are consumed instantly and cannot be returned in the same condition as physical items.

My payments is getting declined

Here are some ways, you can fix the declining cards :

  • Make sure your billing information is accurate.
  • Try using another card.
  • Make sure information like CVC Code, Pin Code and Card Number is correct.
  • Contact the card issuer (Your bank) to find out why the credit card has been declined. This is the best option if card has been declined for an unknown reason.
I purchased incorrect item

We do not provide refunds if you have DOWNLOADED the product after purchasing it. If you did not download the product from Email or our website, please Contact Us and we will replace the product free of charge.

I cannot download my files

If you keep receiving “File not found” error, please contact us and share your Order ID with the product name which can not be downloaded.

If you have lost access to the files, please use the helpdesk to contact us. Please use the same email you used while purchasing.

How do I download scripts I bought in past (Order History)

Please visit My Account and use the same email you used when placing the order in past and login to check your past orders and Downloads.
